OUR RIGHTS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your online order up to the point of dispatch, by either phone or email. Your order will then be refunded in full. If you decide to cancel the order or you no longer require the items once they have been shipped, you can return them to us within 14 days.
All items should be returned to us in an unused condition and in the original packaging. You should also enclose your proof of purchase.
Return postage must be paid by yourself. Once we have received the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used. This can take up to 4 working days.
MISSING ITEMS
Missing items must be reported to us within 10 days of delivery.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
All damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hrs of delivery. You can contact us via phone or email to report the damage.
Photographic evidence will be required. Once we have received notification that an item is damaged, we will then have the item collected and returned to us where we will then issue a replacement item or a refund. All items must be returned to us in an unused condition and in the original packaging. If an item develops a fault, you should contact us straight away by either telephone or email.
All consumable items such as towels, wash mitts, machine polishing pads, brushes and anything else that can deteriorate with general wear and tear have a 3 month warranty only.
You must be able to provide proof of purchase i.e order confirmation email, invoice or till receipt.
